    November 2014: The study Mémoire prothétique du communisme. Pratiques de la mémoire dans les débats mediatiques autour du film L'Autobiographie de Nicolae Ceaușescu d'Andrei Ujică, by CODIPO researchers Alexandru Cârlan and Mălina Ciocea, has been published in the volume Quand les traces communiquent... Culture, patrimoine, médiatisation de la mémoire, edited by Linda Idjéraoui-Ravez and Nicolas Péllisier, at the French publisher L'Harmattan.


    New Research Project at CODIPO:
    Mediation and Mediatization in the Cinematic Memory of Romanian Communism

    September 2014: Starting with 1st September 2014, the CODIPO Laboratory starts a new research project: Mediation and Mediatization in the Cinematic Memory of Romanian Communism. The project was part of the Competition for Research Grants for Young Researchers, initiated by the National University of Political Studies and Public Adminsitration and organised by the Center for Research in Communication.     September 2013: Members of CODIPO Laboratory participated at the International Conference Qualitative Research in Communication, during 3-4 October, 2013, in Bucharest. The conference was organized by the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, in collaboration with University of Lower Silesia, Poland, Academic Counseling Studies Society, University of Lower Silesia, Wroclaw, Center for Research in Communication, NUPSPA, Bucharest, Social Cognition and Communication of Emotions Lab, NUPSPA, Bucharest and Identity and Image Lab, NUPSPA, Bucharest.


    May 2013: Exploratory Workshop
    Diasporic Identities and Transnational Experiences: From Social Actors to Public Discourses

    The "Communication, Discourse, Public Issues" (CoDiPo) Laboratory from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, Romania, is organizing the exploratory workshop Diasporic Identities and Transnational Experiences: From Social Actors to Public Discourses, to be held in Bucharest, on May 23-24, 2013, in collaboration with the Institute of Sociology of the Romanian Academy and the West University of Timişoara. Distinguished researchers and professors from universities in Great Britain, France, Romania and United States of America are attending this workshop.     January 2013: The Center for Research in Communication is co-organising the International Colloquium De quoi rêvent les Européens ? alongside of Université de Cergy-Pontoise, Paris, Centre de Recherche Textes et Francophonies and Académie Polonaise des Sciences, to be held on January 17-18 2013.
